About

My attentiveness has shaped everything: how I listen, how I write, how I show up, how I move through any project. As someone who pays attention to how things feel—the textures of conversation, the moment the room shifts, the things left unsaid at the end of the night, and why— I have never quite known how to be in the world without also collecting or projecting meaning.

I’ve built a business once-upon-a-time, managed large communities for corporate entities, created public activations, and have been an educator. I’ve also taken things apart, slowly and on purpose, when they ceased being true. Professionally, personally—I’ve stopped pretending there’s a wall between them. You bring the same eyes to everything. Might as well make them honest ones.

I’m multiple things (including someone who feels cringey at calling myself a creative)—a strategist, a writer, an accidental therapist. In another life I was even a basketball player, a decent one at that. I’ve never seen that as scattered but rather as range. The through line was always there: lead with who you are, and everything else follows. Same muscle, different rooms.

This space is for all of it.
